Our Resource Rewards program is similar to an airline frequent flyer program where the more you fly on your favorite airline, the more you earn toward free air travel. With Resource Rewards, the more services you use at Northwest Resource, the more "points" you can earn. These points can be used to lower your loan rates, raise your savings rates, and pay for fees. How do I earn Resource Rewards points?
What can I do with Resource Rewards points?
How do I sign up for Resource Rewards? There is no need to sign up – all Northwest Resource members are automatically signed up for Resource Rewards. As you continue to save, borrow, and use services with the Credit Union, your points will automatically accrue in your Resource Rewards account. How do I know how many points I have earned? You can check your points by logging into the Resource Rewards system (there are links to the system at the top of this page and under Quick Links on our home page). Simply enter your account number and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number for the password. You will be asked to change your password after you log in for the first time. You’ll see how many lifetime points you have, how many total points are available to you, and a quick history of your Resource Rewards transactions. Then, the next time you open a new certificate, apply for a loan, or pay a fee, simply let us know you would like to redeem some points. With Resource Rewards, you are in control. You decide how you want to earn points, and you decide how you want to spend points. Resource Rewards Frequently Asked Questions Q. Can I use Resource Rewards points to adjust the
