The new BillPay system is now live! Please log-in through Online Banking with your Online Banking username and password. If you need an Online Banking username and password, please call a Financial Service Representative at 503.220.2592.
Please note:
- Any previously scheduled payments with a due date of April 27 or before, will be processed through CheckFree and will not show in the new system.
- Previously scheduled payments with a due date of April 28 or after will be processed through the new system. Funds will be taken from your account 3-5 days prior to the due date. Please see the difference between process date and arrival date below.
Process Date vs. Arrival (Due) Date.
Process Date is the date that the funds will be taken from your account.
Arrival Date (or due date) is the date your payment will be received by the biller.
These dates are generally 3 business days apart for electronic payments and 5 business days apart for check payments.
We encourage you to review the demo so you may familiarize yourself with the way your new BillPay works.
