fitness program that provides information to help you achieve your
goals. 
As a Northwest Resource Federal Credit Union member,
you have access to FREE, confidential financial information and
advice six days a week.
Program Features
InfoLine
BALANCE counselors can answer a wide variety of financial questions
– from how long an item stays on your credit report to whether
it’s better to lease or buy a car.
Money
Management Counseling
If you’re not completely comfortable with your spending plan,
or would like some guidance with this or other financial issues,
consider a free and confidential money management counseling session
with a BALANCE certified financial planner.
Debt
Management Plan
If bills have gotten out of hand, your counselor may be able to
arrange a Debt Management Plan. BALANCE negotiates with creditors
to reduce interest and fees so you can pay your debt quickly and
efficiently. As a member of Northwest Resource, the program’s
monthly administration fee of $20 is waived.
Credit
Report Review
BALANCE can help you get a free or low-cost copy of your credit
report and provide a free and confidential credit report review
to ensure you have the tools necessary to improve, maintain and
protect your credit standing.
Housing
Education
If you want to buy a home in the next few years, BALANCE counselors
can help you develop a personal plan of action to make you a homeowner.
Identity
Theft
Take steps to avoid becoming a victim of identity theft, or to recover
if damage has already been done.
Natural Disaster Toolkit
This online Natural Disaster Financial Toolkit helps you overcome the difficult financial challenges that can arise as a result of a disaster as well as be prepared for future catastrophes.
